To secure your appointment a non refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking.
Please give at least 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients. Giving this notice will enable us to re schedule your treatment to a more convenient time. Failure to give at least 24hrs notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit or 50% of the value of your gift voucher.
We do not charge missed appointments at the full rate because we do not keep any card details once you have paid your deposit. Clients who have previously missed 2 or more appointments will be asked to pay in full when booking for a treatment.
